Pricing, Fees & Deposits

Our community utilizes the city for sewer for water. National Grid (Randolph) and Eversource (Canton & Randolph). Residents are responsible for setting up utilities with these companies prior to move-in.
The following Cable/Internet providers are available at our community: Xfinity (Randolph & Canton), Verizon Fios (Canton). For more information, please contact the leasing office.

Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 10th. You may pay your rent online by visiting our resident portal. If you have further questions, you may contact our leasing office team.

While our amenities are available to all residents, we do not have any areas which can be rented for private events.

Roommates & Occupancy

All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Our guest policy is that guests may not stay in the apartment home for more than 14 consecutive days, and no more than twice that per month. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.
